Services

Everyone’s circumstances are different, and support should be tailored to where you are and what you need. Whether you’re looking for perspective, practical guidance, or deeper therapeutic work, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged, and equipped to move forward.

Psychotherapy

Therapy creates space to slow down, look inward, and make sense of the patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. My approach is warm, direct, and relationship-driven. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen and supported while also being challenged to grow.

Our work may include developing emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, working through difficult experiences, navigating identity and life transitions, building healthier patterns, or developing a deeper understanding of yourself.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems work, while incorporating experiential and practical skill-building when appropriate.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating enough space and support to understand where you are, decide where you want to go, and develop the tools to get there.

Youth Coaching

Adolescence and young adulthood are filled with transitions, expectations, and uncertainty. For some young people, the challenge isn’t a lack of ability—it’s figuring out how to access their strengths and translate them into meaningful action.

Youth coaching provides a supportive, practical space for adolescents and young adults to build confidence, strengthen self-awareness, and develop the skills they need to navigate life more effectively.

Together, we may focus on communication, emotional regulation, motivation, decision-making, relationships, accountability, confidence, or navigating major transitions. Coaching is centered on the present and future—helping young people identify what’s getting in their way, recognize what is within their control, and take meaningful steps forward.

My goal is not to tell young people who they should be. It’s to help them better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence to make choices that align with who they want to become.

Parent Coaching

Parenting can be one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in life. When your child is struggling, it can be difficult to know when to step in, when to step back, or how to respond in a way that actually helps.

Parent coaching provides parents with a place to slow down, gain perspective, and develop a more intentional approach to the challenges they are facing. We’ll explore the patterns within your family system, strengthen communication, and identify practical strategies for creating greater connection and consistency at home.

Whether you’re navigating conflict, boundaries, independence, motivation, emotional regulation, or a major transition, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and determine what you can do differently.

The goal isn’t to become a perfect parent. It’s to become a more confident, connected, and intentional one.

Consultation

Choosing the right support can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not entirely sure where to begin. A 20-minute consultation is an opportunity to connect, share a little about what’s bringing you here, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

We’ll talk about what you or your family are navigating, answer any questions you may have, and explore what kind of support might be most helpful. There’s no pressure or expectation to have everything figured out beforehand—just a chance to have a conversation and decide what comes next.
